Ancient Buddhist techniques applicable to our busy modern lives that will help you fight your stress and mental busyness.
These 30-minute classes combine 2 guided meditations with a «thought for the day» on practical methods to stay happy & positive through the challenges of modern life.
Dedicate half an hour to cultivate inner peace and enjoy the rest of your day with an inspired & positive mind.
- All parts of the class are guided by the teacher.
- Each class begins with a short meditation to pacify the mind and reduce distractions, then the main topic is explained and after is internalized through meditation.
